Every morning they go to Chuo Wholesale Market to compete in the auction for the freshest fish in order to serve delicious sushi. They're known for their generous serving sizes.

2. Sakanaya no Sushi Uojou Meito Branch

This genuine conveyor belt sushi restaurant is directly managed by a well-established fish market that's been in business since 1907.  You can eat fresh sushi prepared with plenty of attention to detail, like the limited-quantity Mikawa 5 piece nigirizushi (reg gurnard, flathead fish, black porgy, a type of mollusc called taira, and Japanese squid) or the flounder seasoned with sea salt from Okinawa's Miyako Island.

They have superb brown meat sushi as well.
