2. Customa Cafe Kabuki-cho Branch [Kabuki-cho]
Customa Cafe is a large scale internet cafe offering 140 private booths for your relaxation. There is also a women-only floor, so it's very secure.
As Customa does not charge a membership fee and offers showers and washing machines, it's become quite popular with travelers. You can even rent an iPad for free, or chow down on spaghetti and other meals from their menu. 3. Manboo Shinjuku Main Branch [Shinjuku San-chome]
This Internet cafe is conveniently located a mere 1 minute walk away from Exit A1 of Shinjuku-sanchome Station. It is also close to the Shinjuku Bus Teminal. You'll find it by walking down Koshu Kai-do Avenue towards Otsuka Kagu. Be on the lookout for the unagi (eel) restaurant with a yellow sign, Noboritei, and you'll find this cafe in the same building. The entrance is quite narrow, but inside, it's clean and spacious.

You'll be surprised to hear that this cafe also features its own nail salon! They'll even massage your nails, and it is a highly recommend treatment. It's a fairly recently opened establishment, so all the facilities are new and clean.

4. Manboo Kabuki-cho Branch [Kabuki-cho]
Manboo Kabuki-cho Branch was renovated at the end of 2016, and is now fit entirely with private booths. The basement floor of the establishment has also been converted to a women-only floor, so you'll feel secure even when visiting alone. Women also have the option of paying a reasonable 100 yen for a short 30-minute stay!
While shampoo and towels will incur a charge, the showers themselves are free to use. There are 6 convenient Manboo locations in Shinjuku alone. Seibu Shinjuku Station is the nearest station to this cafe, at only a 2-minute walk away. The cafe is located in the same building as the large Okubo Hospital. It is located in one of the quieter corners of Shinjuku, with a park nearby. 6. Manga Net-Kan Nishi Shinjuku Branch (Shinjuku Nishiguchi)
Located in the alley behind Soccer Shop KAMO, Manga Net-Kan is near Shinjuku's high-rise district. It is in a neighborhood that is full of electronics manufacturers and is closer to the older Shinjuku atmosphere. Old-fashioned izakaya (Japanese pubs) are especially plentiful.
