2. Meguro Gajoen [Meguro]

The famous high-class Meguro Gajoen is popular as a wedding ceremony venue. 3. Rikugi-en [Komagome]

Rikugi-en is a Daimyo stroll garden with artificial hills and ponds, and around every November, you can enjoy the vibrant sight of approximately 450 Japanese maples, gingkos, sugar maples, ect. It's lit up at night, and you can see magical scenery that's different from the daytime. The autumn colors are beautifully romantic in this spacious garden.

4. Hibiya Park [Yurakucho]

Hibiya Park is a garden designated as a special national piece of scenic beauty and a historical landmark. In vast grounds of more 16 square meters, many beautiful flowers and trees bloom. The gingkos, sugar maples, and Japanese zelkova are extremely lovely, and since there are many benches, you can enjoy the sights at your leisure. This spot can be used for dates as well. This park is extremely popular as a spot to view fall colors in an urban center.

5. Showa Memorial Park [Tachikawa]

Showa Memorial Park is some 40 times more expansive than the Tokyo Dome. The park is representative of Japan, and is filled with beautiful rows of gingko trees. Since the grounds of this popular color-viewing spot are extensive, you can enjoy it at your own pace. There are 106 trees on both sides of the canal and 98 gingko trees lined up on both sides of an open exercise path as well. No matter where you look, this spot is filled with picturesque scenery.

6. Koishikawa Korakuen  [Korakuen]

7. Mount Takao [Hachioji]

At the very popular Mount Takao, you can ascend to the top of the mountain by cable car, and you can delight in the autumn leaves from inside the cable car as well. A large number of autumn color fans visit every year to get a glimpse of the extremely vivid sugar maples. There are places to eat a light meal and drink, and you can leisurely enjoy the fall colors.

8. Omotesando [Omotesando]

A stylish spot for shopping, dates and so forth, the popular Omotesandou is one of the popular spots for autumn leaf viewing. From Jinguu Bridge intersection to Aoyama-dori is a vibrant sight lined with Japanese zelkova during the fall color season. The scenery from Odoukyou Bridge is particularly superb. Although the daytime is good, the leaf colors of Omotesandou in the early morning and evening are beautiful with a different appearance.
