If you want to experience the Japanese capsule hotel, this is one to consider. Each bed is in a space of 100 x 200 x 100 cm, so you can sleep in a snug, calm space that will make you fully rested for the next day's sightseeing! There's free Wi-Fi and outlets available for  use. There's also one computer available for guest use, no charge. There's also a printer and a copier (10 yen per page), so you can print maps or other useful information. You can reach Tokyo Skytree in 20 minutes with just one transfer, and Odaiba in 25 minutes with just one transfer. This hotel is becoming frequented by foreign tourists, and there's also a women's only floor. Depending on the time, the bath is split by gender, so make sure to check before you go. The building is old, so even though it's very clean it might be a little different from your image of the area, but it's just a minute from Kyobashi Station and 2 minutes from Takaracho Station, so it's very convenient yet budget-friendly. There are some days when it's closed, so please check before you go.

This new style of compact hotel is modeled after luxury cabins on airplanes. The largest rooms, the first class cabin rooms, are 4.4 square meters, while the business class cabins are 2.5 square meters. It's right above Tsukiji Station, and it's in a perfect location just a 5 minute walk from Ginza. Since it's a simple lodging facility, the rooms don't have locks, but there are women's only floors. There are shower booths as well as gender-separated baths, so you can leisurely enjoy a Japanese-style bath. If you want to pick your hotel based on the meals, here's one to consider.
