How to book and enjoy your tour

Access the Voyagin homepage. It’s available in English, Chinese, French and Japanese.

Select Japan for your destination and browse through the available tours to find one ideal for your trip.
You can search further by the area you will visit, by the type of experiences, by price, etc.

2. Discover

Click on a tour that attracts you. The page will give a description of the tour, the duration time, the available dates, the price and some information about the host of the tour. Also check out the reviews by past participants of the tour.

3. Book

Once you have found a tour that you would like to participate in, choose the number of participating members and a booking date. Then click on the red button “Book It!” to book.

* You will need to create an account and sign in to Voyagin to book your tour. You can also sign in with your Facebook account.

4. Payment

After reviewing your order, enter your payment information. You can pay for the tour either via credit card or with PayPal.

5. Booking confirmation

When your booking request is accepted you will receive an e-mail confirmation with your full itinerary and your host’s contact information.

6. Contact your host

It is recommended that you contact your host to confirm the meeting location and time.
