Luggage inevitably gets cumbersome, so you can leave them in coin-operated lockers. There are many coin-operated lockers around Osaka Station and Umeda Station, but the largest number is in the east-west passage (outside the ticket gates) from the Central Gate to Midosuji Gate of JR Osaka Station. There are four sizes: small (300 JPY), medium (400 JPY), large (600 JPY), and extra-large (800 JPY). There are also some inside the gates, in the foyer between the first and second floors, and on the third floor, so you can leave your baggage without exiting the gate.
