Kokusan Saba Misoni is a canned good available at 7-Eleven that uses domestically bred fatty mackerel that is soaked in a mild, sweet miso sauce with a hint of ginger. The mackerel has a rich taste, so it can be eaten as a side dish for rice, and is perfect as snack. There are many dishes that use this canned good as an ingredient that you can try. 3. Hiden Sanma Kabayaki

Hiden Sanma Kabayaki, containing sanma from Hokkaido that is broiled after dipping in a special sauce, is a canned good that is characterized by its aromatic flavor and luster. The salty-sweet sauce made with kombu dashi (broth made from kelp) draws out the delicious taste of the sanma. The best way to eat this canned good is to put its contents on a bed of hot rice to create a rice bowl.
