BAKE is a cheese tart shop that has been a consistent favorite within GRANSTA MARUNOUCHI, a shopping area on the basement floor inside Tokyo Station. It is committed to serving freshly-baked tarts, and as such, the tarts are baked fresh right next to the shop! The flaky tart is stuffed with an original cream filling made by blending three types of cheeses. Enjoy it freshly baked and you\'ll be able to experience the fantastic harmony of the flaky crust and the melted texture of the cheese mousse. It is best enjoyed right away, but also great taken home and cooled in a refrigerator. When cooled, the texture changes to a heavy cheesecake-like consistency so you can experience a completely different flavor.

2. TOKYO CURRY WICH (Shiseido Parlour)
This snack has cheese cream sandwiched between its flaky crust, and was based off of "Curry Rice," Shiseido Parlour\'s signature item since 1928. It\'s made with various spices, parsley, and red bell peppers blended in with a secret curry powder. The fantastic harmony of the crunchy texture of the light and aromatic crust, the mellow flavors of the cheese cream, and the aroma of the spicy curry are outstanding. It\'s great on its own or with beer or white wine.

3. edocco (Hattendo edocco)
edocco was created collaboratively by Hattendo, famous for its melty cream-filled breads, and Tokiwado Kaminariokoshi Honpo, famous for its kaminariokoshi (a Japanese puffed rice sweet). The moist and chewy bread is packed with slightly sweet bean paste. The simple yet elegant packaging is also attractive. This is a gift that is sure to be well received by people of all ages.

4. Tokyo Ekisha Monogatari (Keishindo)
Keishindo, which has a shop in GRANSTA, the shopping area inside the gates of Tokyo Station on the basement floor, is a famous producer of ebi-senbei (shrimp-flavored rice crackers) established in 1866. Tokyo Ekisha Monogatari (The Tokyo Station Marunouchi Building Story) is a pack of two different types of ebi-senbei filled with the umami flavors of carefully selected shrimp. Its packaging comes decorated with a drawing of the historic Tokyo Station Marunouchi Building and is available only at GRANSTA in Tokyo Station. The flavors are fantastic with just the right amount of salt combined with the taste of the aromatic shrimp. The colorful drawings of the station building are printed using natural dyes so you don\'t have to worry about any chemicals. It is perfect to enjoy with tea or on its own.

This shop sells special dashi (stock) and condiments from the natural food restaurant Kayanoya. The signature product, Kayanoya Dashi, is a dashi pack made with the perfect combination of carefully selected ingredients, such as bonito flakes from Japan, round herring, and Japanese kelp. There are no added artificial flavors or preservatives so you can enjoy the umami of the ingredients. The petite package that is available only in Tokyo Station is a great deal that includes Kayanoya Dashi, Vegetable Dashi, and Niboshi Dashi. 6. PRESS BUTTER SAND (PRESS BUTTER SAND)
This is a popular shop that has had constant lines outside its doors since opening in 2017. The PRESS BUTTER SAND, which is also the shop\'s name, is a luxurious cookie sandwich of smooth buttercream and caramel cream sandwiched in between aromatic cookies made with an original blend of flour and plenty of fresh butter. The contrasting texture of the cookies is light and crunchy yet has the aroma of rich butter. The soft cream is outstanding and seems to melt in the mouth. There are special design elements to make them easier to eat, such as shaping the cookies like boxes so that the soft cream doesn\'t spill out, and adding patterns on the surface to make them easier to break. The sophisticated package design is also a plus.
The shop is right near Marunouchi South Gate, on the passage inside the gate.

7. Tokyo Kaminariya (Tokyo Kaminariya)
Tokyo Kaminariya is the original sweets brand of Keiyo Street that is located right by the Shinkansen South Transfer Gate and Yaesu South Gate. The popular product of the same name, Tokyo Kaminariya, is a sweet made to look like the horn of Kaminari Sama (deity for lightning, thunder and storms in Japanese mythology). The cute, crispy langue de chat is made with rice flour twisted into the shape of a horn, stuffed with soft cream that reminds one of clouds, and sprinkled with nuts and sesame seeds. In addition to the sweet itself, the packaging of red and white thunder with an illustration of Kaminari Sama peeking out is also worth noting!

8. Les Bonbons Caramel (NOAKE TOKYO)
NOAKE TOKYO in TOKYO Me+ near Yaesu North Gate is a confectionary store popular for sweets that bring out the delicious natural flavors of the ingredients. There is a wide selection of adorable products such as Les Sables Legumes packed with the flavors and nutrients of vegetables, and lightly sweet baked goods made with plenty of fruit juice. Tue Les Bonbons Caramel made by reducing fruit puree until they caramelize and coating them with chocolate are highly recommended. One bite and your mouth will be filled with fruity flavors that will make you happy. They are wrapped like bouquets and are perfect as gifts.

9. Tiramisu Chocolate Sand (Kissaten ni Koishite)
Kissaten ni Koishite, which opened in GRANSTA in April 2019, is a collaboration between Ginza Budonoki, which specializes in desserts in bowls and plates, and the women\'s magazine Hanako. It features sweets only available in Tokyo Station. Its first release, Tiramisu Chocolate Sand, consists of a slightly bitter mascarpone chocolate mixture of coffee chocolate made with Ethiopian coffee beans and European mascarpone cheese sandwiched in between thin cookies. It is not only tasty but fun to look at with packaging that looks just like a paperback book and wrapping paper with great attention to detail. It is the perfect gift for book lovers.

10. MY CAPTAIN CHEESE SET (MY CAPTAIN CHEESE Tokyo)
MY CAPTAIN CHEESE Tokyo, which opened in GRANSTA in April 2019, is a shop selling cheese sweets inspired by cheese burgers from the West Coast of the United States. Its signature Cheese Chocolate Burger is a new type of "sweets burger" made by sandwiching cheddar cheese chocolate with buttery bun cookies. The balance between the salty cheese and sweet chocolate is so nice you\'ll want to eat one after another. MY CAPTAIN CHEESE SET comes in a package that resembles a drink cup, and includes a Cheese Chocolate Burger, Cheese Cookie Sticks that look like french fries, and a bite-size cheesecake. They look amazing and are great gifts for people who like new things.
