1. Hojicha Latte

Hojicha latte is a very typical flavor in Japan. Hojicha is made using the most painstakingly curated first pickings of tea leaves roasted at a high temperature. The first tea leaves, which are not as bitter or tart and contain a very rich flavor, are picked right at the beginning of the season every year. These leaves are roasted at the optimum temperature for the perfect amount of time, giving rise to a rich aroma and a crisp taste, a particularly unique feature of this ice cream. Häagen-Dazs\' Hojicha Latte combines two types of ice cream in a marble pattern resulting in a delicate flavor palette that goes down easy and leaves the taster with a warm and relaxed feeling. You can also clearly taste the rich intensity of the milk. It\'s a flavor beloved by people of all ages.

2. Caramel Butter Cookie

This limited edition product was developed for the Japanese market to replicate the taste of a caramel sundae. There are three strands to this ice cream: a butter scotch base ice cream made by mixing ingredients like butter and brown sugar, heating them up, and subsequently caramelizing them; a rich caramel sauce with heavy cream; and graham crackers, all expertly woven together. The perfect amount of salt brings out all of the flavors, with the bite of the fragrant cookies accentuating the overall texture. This truly unique taste is so delicious, you\'ll be done before you even know it!

4. Hanamochi: Zunda

There’s one more new item in the hanamochi series: zunda flavor. Zunda is a sweetened paste made of edamame that is commonly eaten with mochi in place of red bean paste.
This ice cream is simply combined with the deliciousness of zunda mochi. Lightly salting the edamame brings out their natural sweetness. This saltiness goes great with the sweetness of the ice cream and isn’t too strong.
In Japan you get plenty of opportunities to eat edamame that have been boiled in salty water, but you should definitely try this ice cream and enjoy edamame as a dessert while you can!

The Rich Pumpkin flavor has been made using Hokkaido Ebisu Kabocha pumpkins, which are known for their intense sweetness. Savor the gentle sweetness of the ice cream and the condensed pumpkin-y goodness of the sauce.
By the way, the Ebisu Kabocha pumpkins which are used to make this have been roasted. Cooking the pumpkin enhances its sweetness so that the flavor is not lost when combined with creamy milk.

7. Creamy Vanilla Pudding

Savor the rich creaminess of milk and eggs in the Creamy Vanilla Pudding flavor. This was created with custard pudding in mind, but what makes this unique is the creamy milk sauce that\'s enhanced with the aroma of vanilla and a sweetness that isn\'t too over the top.
This product contains 2 kinds of milk sauce, one is mixed into the ice cream itself and contains vanilla beans. You will be delighted by it’s aroma. Meanwhile, the velvety sauce spread over the top of the ice cream produces a melt-in-your-mouth sensation with every spoonful. This one is best eaten after letting the milk sauce melt a little first, rather than eating it straight out of the freezer.
