Just 3 Steps! How to Make a Restaurant Reservation Using SAVOR JAPAN
STEP 1: Search for a restaurant
Please select an area and choose your preferred cuisine.
*You can also find a restaurant by entering keywords, such as the restaurant’s name, into the search bar. Get creative and see what you can find!
STEP 2: Click on a restaurant you like.
Everything is clearly displayed using easy-to-understand icons.
Each restaurant’s introduction page provides detailed information on the restaurant, photographs, menu recommendations, chefs’ profiles, and maps to the restaurant. There's also additional information, such as what sort of languages the restaurant supports or Wi-Fi availability.
STEP 3: Click on the “Reservation” button and enter the required information.
Enter the reservation date and time, the number of people you want to book for, your name, and your contact details. If there’s anything you cannot eat (due to allergies, religious reasons, etc.), enter that in the “Additional Information” section. However, please understand that some restaurants are unable to accommodate you. You can make reservations between five days to three months before your chosen reservation date.
*If you register as a member in advance, you don’t need to re-enter your personal information every time you make a booking.
Please register by clicking on the “Sign in / Join” link.
When you’ve inputted all the information, agree to the Terms and Conditions and click “Continue”.
Please double-check all your reservation details, and enter your credit card information to confirm your reservation. You will not be charged a reservation fee.
They accept the following international credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, JCB, American Express, and Diners Club.

After entering your credit card information, click “Send”.
SAVOR JAPAN Will Inform You of the Reservation Outcome by Email
You should receive an email confirming that they have received your reservation. Note that this does not mean that your reservation has gone through!
The outcome of your reservation will be sent to you later through another email. If the restaurant wishes to double-check something with you, this will also be sent to you through a separate email.
Should your reservation be accepted, you will receive a reminder email the day before your actual reservation date.

Please go to the restaurant at date and time you booked it for.
