Located not too far from Tsukiji Fish Market, we don't have to put our fish on ice-we keep them alive in sea water and prepare them fresh for you. Try six different delicious, seasonal varieties in our sampler. Our concept is "serene and effortless service." At our restaurant, you can casually enjoy authentic Japanese cuisine with an abundance of local ingredients from Miyazaki. The owner is aiming to create a space where you can relax and casually enjoy meal. We offer a variety of dishes using high-quality ingredients, such as wild local fish, A5 rank [Miyazaki Beef], and vegetables sent directly from contract farms. Also, 180 different kinds of sake and shochu (Japanese alcohols) from Miyazaki are always available. You can surely find your favorite one among them. Casual counter seats and, relaxing semi-private rooms on the 2nd floor are available, which is suited for various occasions, from every day use to business meal or entertaining your clients.

Jingisukan Eijin Bettei opened in December 2022 in Hirafu, Niseko in the Town of Kutchan overlooking Mount Niseko Annupuri. You can enjoy fresh lamb meat directly shipped from Australia without being frozen even once in a wonderful setting surrounded by nature. Considering its quality, the all-you-can-eat meal option is reasonably priced and highly satisfying. Raw Lamb Shoulder, grilled in a pan they developed, throws out the conventional concept of Genghis Khan with tenderness and rich flavor unique to fresh lamb. They also have a wide selection of rare brands of Japanese sake and Japanese whisky. The restaurant can also be reserved for a private party of about 20 people.

Our cabbage rolls are sweet, and stuffed with our signature minced pork and green onions, a little touch of elegance. If you like seafood, be sure to try our famed Akashi octopus that is as good as any brand name out there. These days it's considered a high-class ingredient, but, as a veteran establishment, it's something we've always had. Deep within the restaurant there are five seats at the counter. These special seats are often taken by our regulars, but you're more than welcome to enjoy your meal at the counter with others.

In addition to sushi that maximizes flavor, luxurious courses featuring a whole lobster per person are also popular. The original deliciousness of the ingredients stands out in each carefully prepared dish. The restaurant's interior design is simple and exudes a sense of luxury. Since reservations are required, it offers a special night out as a hideaway for adults. Kagurazaka En offers aged sushi and a wide variety of drinks. The chef's delicate and beautiful technique is reflected in each piece of sushi, and he attracts visitors with his attentive hospitality. The recommended item is the "Marinated Tuna Nigiri." You can enjoy the strong, rich flavor of lean tuna aged in house-made marinade. The restaurant is open after 10:00 p.m., allowing you to indulge in the afterglow of an important anniversary or event. We use fresh seafood procured daily. Varieties of emperor fish like star snapper and green snapper are especially recommended. The homemade, dehydrated batter absorbs the flavor of garlic grilled on the iron plate to make it richer in both fragrance and flavor. We scour the market every day, checking the freshness of every piece of newly arrived seafood and make sure to see every fish with our own eyes before buying it. We have also preserved recipes passed down in the family for generations to make sauces and dressings to complement each dish. No time or effort is spared in making every single dish, no matter how busy the restaurant gets. Everything is handmade with great care, so some dishes may take time. We try out new things every day in an effort to serve our guests as quickly as possible and try hard to create a home-like atmosphere so our guests feel at ease.
