Yasuhiro Nakanishi
Yasuhiro is the CEO behind the Japan travel media brand “tsunagu Japan.”
He has over 10 years of experience in the tourism industry that he fully utilizes to promote Japan travel, even acting as an advisor to the Japan Tourism Agency to promote the regional areas of Japan.
He is also the driving force behind the establishment of tsunagu Japan Travel, a Tokyo-based destination management company (DMC) that promises to provide exceptional and unique Japan travel experiences to tour operator clients across the world.
He is not just passionate about traveling in Japan, but internationally as well. To date, he has visited 34 countries in the world, and hopes to visit even more in the future.
Apart from Japanese, Yasuhiro can also speak and read some English and Chinese.
Fuchi Pan
A Taiwanese resident of Tokyo, Fuchi currently works as an editor and writer for the Traditional Chinese side of tsunagu Japan.
She has over five years of experience in the tourism industry and frequently liaises with DMOs, local governments, and tourism operators to promote both the popular and lesser-known attractions of Japan to tourists.
She frequently travels on her off time as well, and to date has visited over 30 prefectures in Japan. In addition to traveling, Fuchi has a strong passion for Japan's food culture and traditional Japanese crafts such as kintsugi.
Fuchi is proficient in not just Chinese, but also Japanese and English.
Steve Csorgo
Steve is an Australian who has lived in Japan for almost 10 years, mostly based in Niigata Prefecture.
With extensive Japan-wide travel experience and Japanese language proficiency, he is able to connect with locals to design itineraries with unique encounters often missed by larger DMOs.
Steve has worked as a tour guide, sake sommelier, and travel writer, earning him a wealth of knowledge now used to showcase authentic Japanese culture to visitors from all over the globe.
His degree in journalism also grants him an inquisitive mind bent on uncovering new corners of Japan.
