Tonkatsu Kokomade Yaruka

Harajuku/Omotesando, Tokyo

It's an ideal Tonkatsu restaurant where the passion and commitment of a Tonkatsu lover are realized.

Opened as a sister restaurant of the popular Italian restaurant malca. The name of the restaurant is quite catchy and surprising. The producer, Mr. Tsukasa Kitano of malca, is an unparalleled Tonkatsu (pork cutlet) fan. While visiting restaurants, he always felt that "I want to eat Tonkatsu that also has piping hot sauce," "The cabbage should be served on a separate dish," and "There are not many restaurants where one can drink alcohol with Tonkatsu as accompaniment." Mr. Kitano enthusiastically explains, "It is the ideal Tonkatsu restaurant that has fulfilled all these desires." The restaurant carefully selects everything from the pork to the sauce, cabbage, and rice. Fried seasonal seafood such as horse mackerel and Spanish mackerel, and vegetables are also available, as well as courses that include them. With a wide selection of alcoholic beverages, you'll surely say, "It's doing so well! (Kokomade Yaruka)."

Tonkatsu Yachiyo

Odaiba/Tsukishima/Toyosu, Tokyo

Try our "Deep-fried kurumaebi (Japanese tiger prawn) ", a signature dish, with a fragrant exterior and springy shrimp inside.

Workers and tourists alike visit our restaurant to enjoy the best fish dishes in a relaxing atmosphere. We use a large Kurumaebi (Japanese tiger prawn) - a live shrimp, close to 15 cm in length. There is an obvious difference between frozen shrimp and live shrimp. Because we fry a whole shrimp, you can even enjoy the internal organs in the shrimp head. The quality of the fish we fry are the same as the ones used in famous sushi restaurants. We choose ingredients that are soft and thick. We serve super-fresh fried food over the open kitchen. Other than the workers at Tsukiji, tourists will also be satisfied with our service. There are long counters and 12 simple stools in our restaurant. This style hasn't changed for a long time. You can enjoy our dishes, with the traditional feel of the Tsukiji fish market.

Tori Ni Koishita Hi Teradacho Branch

Tennoji/Shinsekai/Sumiyoshi, Osaka

Enjoy a blissful ramen with a concentrated chicken flavor and Japanese wheat noodles.

A bowl of ramen can make people in the community happy and smiling. It is with this idea behind the ramen that the Tori Ni Koishita Hi Teradacho Branch was opened as the second branch following the Yao branch. By simmering domestic chicken for a long time to extract its flavor and combining it with dried sardines, white chicken broth is made, which is rich in flavor and full of collagen. The noodles, made from 100% Japanese fine wheat "Haruyutaka," are highly reputed for their firmness and aroma. In addition, the "Thinly Sliced Rare Chashu of Sangen Pork," covered with a house-made secret sauce and cooked at a vacuum low temperature to moist and tender, is an indispensable item for ramen. Located in the Tennoji area, popular among tourists, this ramen restaurant is easily accessible from the station.
