Our anago (conger eel) is from Akashi, Hyogo, and we grill it over charcoal. The wonderful charcoal aroma comes to life in this dish. Our amazing recipe was inherited from "Kissou," a famous restaurant in Shikoku-chuo. We proactively seek out local ingredients from the Seto Inland Sea, home to a diverse collection of seafood, to provide you with our characteristic flavors of the season. Visit us nd you'll enjoy a variety of ingredients that change throughout the year. As we serve our customers, we regard each moment a "once-in-a-lifetime" event. We are more than happy to adjust the dishes to suit your tastes or in case there is something you can't eat. We hope you enjoy your time with us to the fullest. We also have tatami room seating, so families are welcome! On weekdays we're ready to accommodate you after work, when entertaining company, or when you want to hold a party. We also offer a full lunch menu with sizable portions, so noontime gets quite busy.

A Japanese katana sword, made by a modern swordsmith with all his heart and soul, is displayed behind the counter. In front of this noted sword, the restaurant head also shows his skills as if he were creating a Japanese katana sword himself. Customers can enjoy a variety of dishes that change monthly, as well as exclusive sushi served piece by piece in front of them. Only the Chef's Choice Course is offered until 9:00 PM. The restaurant also has Chef's Choice Sushi for customers who mainly want sushi. Various courses are available on the day of the visit without reservation. After 9:00 PM, a la carte orders are also available, so please feel free to come to the restaurant even if you are alone. *3 people tables in separate Japanese-style dining room is available. *The restaurant also has a private room for up to 4 people. *Customers accompanied by preschool children are only accepted in the fully private room.
