Tsuda is located in the exclusive Toranomon Hills area. This restaurant offers Kushiage skewers that bring out the true essence of the ingredients, using the freshest ingredients carefully selected by the owner-chef. The skewers are coated with two different types of batter to match each ingredient and deep-fried in a specially blended oil. The soft and hard batter, each with its unique texture, will satisfy all five senses. The flavor of live tiger prawns is especially exquisite, and the "Salmon and Salmon Roe," topped with an overflowing amount of salmon roe, is also very popular. The menu consists of only course meals of varying portions and includes standard skewers and some limited seasonal ingredients.
