Sosaku Chinese Hong Kong Homemade Dumpling Chai

Ikebukuro, Tokyo

Sweet-and-sour pork, good wine, and good company

The special sauce, not too sweet nor too sour, and the pork, with its savory outside and tender and juicy inside, make a perfect combination. We use special cabbages that become sweeter under snow, grown in Wassamucho, Hokkaido, for a limited time in the winter. Compared to regular cabbages, they are sweeter and crunchier. Enjoy a different type of Twice Cooked Pork. We try to have pleasant conversations as we pass out hand towels for customers. Most of the customers are locals, and we cook and serve our dishes in a very friendly atmosphere. Locals from nearby businesses, hotels, and colleges make up the majority of our customers. They come for the 10-year-old Shaoxing wine. This is a restaurant where you can enjoy your alcoholic beverages quietly and slowly.
