Ahill Ginza

Ginza/Yurakucho/Tsukiji, Tokyo

With its signature Salisbury steak, Ahill Ginza showcases high-class dishes while maintaining a relaxing atmosphere.

This dish was born of the many requests from our regular customers that eat Salisbury steaks. The reputation of the dish quickly grew, and it became a popular part of the regular menu. This is a luxurious Salisbury steak made with a mixture of A5 rank wagyu beef, branded pork, and foie gras. For those who are concerned about the amount of fat in the meat, we recommend the beef fillet steak. Tender and full of flavor, a high quality taste is its hallmark, it is slowly and carefully cooked so that it doesn't lose its moisture. When people hear the words "French grill", they might have the image that the restaurant is incredibly formal, but actually we concentrate on creating a relaxing space. We value the conversations that we have with our customers, and we sometimes even combine foods to offer dishes that are not on the menu, in response to customer preferences.

Savor Kyoto cuisine made with plenty of seasonal ingredients, including crab shipped alive from Hokkaido.

Crab dishes may be the restaurant's main draw, but the chef, trained in Kyoto cuisine, also puts effort into the "Assorted Seasonal Sampler", which is a Kyoto specialty using plenty of seasonal ingredients. This is a good way to feel the season before savoring the main crab dish. We procure quality goods, shipped directly from Hokkaido. We serve red king crab sashimi because we obtain the crab alive, keeping it in our fish tank right until it is served fresh. Showing our guests how we prepare the food is part of the service. We also pay attention to how our guests are doing with beverages and food. We also find the right timing to engage our guests with fun conversations on the topic of crab as we prepare the food. Our restaurant is made up of three private rooms only. By moving the partition wall, the smaller rooms can be joined to form one larger room for banquets and business entertainments with more people.
