Located on Tenroku Renga Street, just a walk away from Tenjimbashisuji 6-chome Station on the Osaka Metro Tanimachi Line, KEI is a restaurant that takes pride in its creative oden. The original housemade oden soup stock is available in two types, "Chicken White Broth" and "Spice Broth." It can be ordered with your choice of ingredients. The popular menu item is the "Konabe no Oden," served in a clay pot on a table burner, ensuring it stays piping hot. This original dish is arranged as a kushiage (fried skewer) using kushiyaki (shish kebab) ingredients and an "Unzen Skewer Dish" base. This healthy kushiage is fried in a light batter and prepared in smaller portions so that it appeals to ladies as well. Asparagus grown in Nagasaki holds a lot of moisture, and is characterized by its richness and strong sweetness. The raw parts that are not fried can also be enjoyed for its fruit-like feel. The horse meat that we serve comes from the famous Kuriyama Shokai shop in Kumamoto.
