At Hokuriku Gappa, you can enjoy fresh ingredients directly shipped from Kanazawa in Hokuriku. The menu offers various rare items unique to Hokuriku, such as nodoguro (rosy seabass), gasuebi (mosa shrimp), and Japanese ivory shells. Particularly recommended is the "Gappa Assorted 5 kinds of sushi" which features all the seafood of Hokuriku in one dish. "Salted and seared rosy seabass" seared with the original Yuki-shio salt is also excellent. The restaurant also serves an all-you-can-eat menu, which is rare in the neighborhood, allowing you to enjoy a sushi meal at a reasonable price. You can enjoy moromi (fermentation mash) soy sauce ramen, which uses carefully selected ingredients from all over Japan while sticking to "Me, Da, Ka" in a modern Japanese-quality space. The soup stock, which concentrates the flavor of Kumano Jidori chicken and Sansui Jidori chicken, is mixed with Kaeshi, made from soy sauce and moromi, carefully aged using traditional methods. Together with soft and chewy straight noodles made from wheat grown in Biei, Hokkaido, resulting in an exquisite balance. With its deep and aromatic flavor, you are sure to feel the nostalgia.

Restaurant TSUKIMICHI offers creative Japanese cuisine courses. Noteworthy is its beautiful interior, which won the first prize in the International Asia Restaurant category at the Restaurant & Bar Design Awards in 2014. Although this fantastic space, inspired by a Japanese castle, is a members-only restaurant, it is open to only two groups per day to enjoy a meal. We use tsubomina (rape) in a lot of menus in spring. We procure fresh, seasonal vegetables from all over the country. We are especially fond of those produced in Tanashi, Tokyo. We like the rib roast produced in Hokkaido. Our focus is on providing value for our customers. To satisfy customers, it is very important to entertain them properly as well as serve good dishes.
