I have an obsession with using Koshihikari rice, directly shipped from farmers in my hometown of Toyama prefecture. Some of my regulars say that they come just to eat this. I offer it in my store's set meals as well as other meals, so you can enjoy it in many ways. The tone of the saxophone complements the master's guitar to give you the ultimate pleasure! It's different from normal karaoke; the live performance lets you feel like you are giving a concert with a band.

Welcome to Standing Wine Bar Q. We use seasonings that will complement the flavors of our excellent wine and beer offerings.

Our restaurant serves a large variety of wine and beer and we're very particular about using seasonings that bring out the taste of those drinks instead of overpowering them. We created our "Homemade Bacon" with precisely that principle in mind. We're very particular about the quality and freshness of the ingredients we use. For example, we use fresh clams from the Chiba prefecture in our "Steamed White Clams & White Wine." Our dry-cured ham also gets rave reviews and comes highly recommended, especially paired with one of our wines. We have many regulars who stop by every day for a casual drink and a bite to eat, providing us with plenty of opportunities to get to know each of them on a personal level. The owner and sommelier Hideki Ishii used to work at [Hotel Nikko Fukuoka] as a restaurant manager. Learned from his experience, he had an idea of supreme comfort and delicacies. Takayoshi Tezuka became the chef who shared the same passion with Ishii.
