Delicious Piedmont cooking in a delightful sunlit atmosphere.

The one dish that best represents my cooking is "pasta e ceci" (pasta with chickpeas). It isn't a showy dish, but it tastes great! The chick peas have absorbed the umami (savory flavor) of the broth, making it particularly mellow. Piedmont cooking has an especially wide variation of meat dishes. As with most cooking, if you put the great effort into the preparation of ingredients, you can get a really deep, magnificent flavor, and this is where we excel. If you consider the dishes on the menu to be the leading actor, the grissini breadsticks, bread, and small cakes play the supporting roles. However, if you put effort into that aspect too, it demonstrates that you are very focused on welcoming the customers and that we are! One special feature of Ostu is the fact that the wall facing the road is glass. It is the perfect place to come to for a date or bask in the early afternoon sun on your day off. In spring, the cherry blossoms in front of the shop bloom, allowing you to enjoy the beautiful sights of spring.

My mackerel is freshly grilled in the store right after ordering. The well-marbled body is carefully roasted to draw out its delicious flavor and aroma. I have an obsession with using Koshihikari rice, directly shipped from farmers in my hometown of Toyama prefecture. Some of my regulars say that they come just to eat this. I offer it in my store's set meals as well as other meals, so you can enjoy it in many ways. The tone of the saxophone complements the master's guitar to give you the ultimate pleasure! It's different from normal karaoke; the live performance lets you feel like you are giving a concert with a band.
