Enjoy our rich and deep tasting soup created by our special methods. Our ramen noodles, seeking for the possibilities of tonkotsu (pork bone stock), are attracting attentions of ramen lovers, not only from Fukuoka but also inside/outside Japan. [Shiromaru Motoaji] is our original taste since the establishment, which has always been very popular. Enjoy its fine noodles perfectly mixed with a mild-flavored soup. The other of our two specialties is [Akamaru Shinaji] with a flavor oil and spicy miso paste to bring out the original savory taste and rich flavor. Also, enjoy stimulant [Ippudo Karaka Men (spicy noodles)]. Our restaurant, established 33 years ago, specializes in motsu-nabe (hot pot with offal and vegetables) using fresh domestic offal with a resilient texture, stocked every morning. Vegetables served with offal are from Kyushu and create the perfect harmony with offal. The soup is selectable among 3 different flavors; [soy-sauce]-base flavor which has been offered since the establishment, [miso],  and [salt] flavors. Nagasaki Chanpon noodles are popular to add to the pot at the end. Enjoy the chewy thick noodles mixed with the soup with a savory broth until the last bite. To enjoy our proud local sake (Japanese alcohol), we recommend our a-la-carte menus such as seasoned cod-roe which is a specialty of Fukuoka, and cube steak of Saga beef. Our convenient location, 2 minutes after exiting from JR Hakata Station, is also suited to be enjoyed as [the last feast] for those who missed enjoying the taste of Hakata.
