For our chef's course, the chef inquires about patrons' interests and uses a selection of seasonal ingredients and top quality beef from Hida, as well as fresh-caught seafood from the Sea of Japan to orchestrate a culinary presentation that is delicious, satisfying, and healthy! Seeking to make patrons' dining experience a relaxing and quiet affair, we have adopted a full booking system, so all seats must be reserved in advance. Our private Japanese-style room looks out onto a stone garden and is perfect for entertaining clients. In addition to premier Hida beef, we offer a range of menu items made from local ingredients the owner personally selects, which is sure to bedazzle and delight everyone at your table.

Higashiyama Garden is located along "Matsubara-dori" in Higashiyama, the ancient capital of Kyoto, near Kiyomizu-dera Temple. The restaurant honors the clean and beautiful flavors of Kyoto's unique ingredients, such as Kyoto vegetables from Kamigamo, seafood from nearby fishing ports, and Japanese beef. It offers dishes prepared with a modern sensibility while paying attention to the beauty of color and presentation, delivering a sense of happiness in the face of deliciousness.

The restaurant specializes in ground beef in Higashi-Ginza, where you can enjoy charcoal-grilled hamburg steak made with freshly ground meat. It prepares a total of six types of ground meat every morning: the most popular "beef," "pork," and "lamb," as well as a "mixture of beef, pork, and lamb," and fresh "sea bream" and "tuna". Each is prepared with specific attention to the grind size and seasoning, and the hamburg steak set meal allows you to enjoy each ground meat in any combination you like. Ground beef is recommended, blended with beef tendon to give it a meaty texture. It goes great with rice and also great with either miso- or soy sauce-based house-made sauces. The hamburg steak bowl and dashi hamburg steak made with popular ground beef are also highly acclaimed. Hearty set meals and rice bowls can be a great choice for either lunch or dinner.

HILL'S LOUNGE is located in Naka-ku, Nagoya-shi, on the basement floor of the Norengai Building. It is a creative modern Chinese restaurant popular for after-parties, anniversaries, girls' nights out, and parties. The restaurant's interior is a stylish space sure to be "photogenic." In addition to counter seats, sofa seats, table seats, and fully private rooms, there is a DJ booth, which can be enjoyed as a sound bar after 11 p.m. The theme of the cuisine is "new."  The creative modern Chinese cuisine, a fusion of French and Chinese, gives the impression of fusion cuisine and offers new possibilities. The restaurant has excellent accessibility, just a 1-minute walk from Sakae Station. It can be used as a dinner and bar for any occasion, as it is an extraordinary space that makes you forget the hustle and bustle of the city.

We aromatically grill the thick skin while preserving the meat's springiness and umami (savory flavor). We spread the umami between the skin and meat throughout. Because this is such a simple dish we pay careful attention to how we grill it. Order early because it is a limited dish. When it comes to vegetables we select only the best from within Japan. For salt we use mineral-rich Aguni sea salt that's been fried in an earthen pot. In order to bring out the best of the spectacular Hinai chicken, we carefully select our vegetables and spices. For charcoal we use binchozumi, the highest quality charcoal from Minabecho in Wakayama Prefecture. To spread the skin's umami throughout and impart the charcoal's aroma, we briskly change the skewer's position over the 10 minutes that it cooks. Something we've been particular about since the restaurant's opening is the full open kitchen. We are happy that customers can enjoy the entire flow of how a chicken is cooked and the types of preparations used.

Each ingredient has its best season as Japan has four seasons. [Brasserie Amour] serves French dishes bringing out the charm of each ingredient, respecting the sense of the season. We use vegetables mainly from Totsuka or our contracted farmers. These vegetables are carefully selected by our vegetable sommelier, and prepared with the theme, [French cuisine that makes the body happy]. All of our dishes are exquisite enough to impress your body and mind. Our No.1 recommendation is exquisite [Vegetable Parfait] that uses different vegetables every month. Enjoy its flavor spreading in your mouth, with the texture and temperature that keeps changing. The more you eat, the more you will have fun and be excited. Inside the restaurant has a warm and relaxing atmosphere. Many girl's parties are held during lunch time, and dinner time with an atmosphere is ideal for a date.

Mia Bocca is a great place to go for a casual taste of authentic Italian cuisine. Close to the station, its natural taste interior is perfect for enjoying a meal in a casual atmosphere. On sunny days, the terrace seats offer a refreshing open-air dining experience. The menu features authentic dishes reminiscent of Italy, including carefully made pizzas, pasta, and risotto. Each dish is prepared using Hokkaido ingredients nurtured by the region's abundant nature. Carefully selected ingredients, from flour to potatoes, eggs, and dairy products, decorate the plates and pair well with drinks. Susukino is known as a popular sightseeing spot in the Sapporo area. Hokkaido Yakiniku Kaneushi is located about a 3-minute walk from the station. Here you can enjoy carefully selected ingredients such as Shiretoko Beef raised in the wilds of Hokkaido. The restaurant offers a full lineup of finely-marbled "galbi (short rib)" as well as "halami (skirt steak)," "liver," and other hormones (offal meat), all of which are delivered to the restaurant without being frozen. It buys whole cows of Wagyu beef, so it is possible to taste rare parts of the cow such as "long cut tongue." Everything from vegetables and rice to sake and shochu (Japanese liquor) is available from Hokkaido brands. The inside of the restaurant, which covers the two basement floors of the building, has a chic and calm atmosphere. In addition to table seating, zashiki (tatami rooms) and private rooms are available for various occasions.
