[Osaka/Tenjinbashi] Samurai Armor Experience: Don the Armor and Try Mock Sword Fighting!

This is a class where you can take a stab at learning Japanese traditions, guided by professional actors.

You’ll learn the basics of swordsmanship with a lesson on elegant posture and sword forms.
The training is conducted using bamboo swords like the ones actually used on stage and screen in Japan.

At the very end, you’ll don a full set of armor for a photo session.
This class is also ideal for getting a bit of exercise and shaking off some stress!

Taught by a Professional Actor!

Classes are taught by professional historical period drama actors who have actively participated in many roles that require reenacting traditional-style sword fighting.
You will also have free access to swords used on location by the professionals!

The Armor is Custom-Designed to Be Easy to Wear by Men and Women

This particular armor is also used by actors on stage and other locations where they need to change quickly, so it’s relatively light, and both men and women should find it easy enough to move around in.
