Ryuduki TEPPAN offers teppan cuisine with a French essence in a luxurious and extraordinary space. The meat served at the restaurant is Japanese beef from Yamagata Prefecture, which has been fattened for 970 days by surviving the harsh cold of the snowy country three times. The beef is naturally fattened with the best fat, condensing the flavor and making it melt like powdered snow. Ise-lobsters, abalones, lobsters, and other seafood are kept in tanks and are shown alive before being cooked. The restaurant has two private rooms that can be connected together to accommodate up to 12 people. The sophisticated mood of the dining room is ideal for entertaining guests or special anniversary dinners.

A plate of five kinds of chicken skewers: gizzard, tsukune (meatloaf), liver, chicken with scallions, and wings. You will be fully satisfied with the flavor and consistency of our Daisen chicken, which were raised in a clear, open-air environment with fresh water, so there is no chewy fat.
