Awaodori chicken is a local brand chicken of Tokushima, which features scrumptious lean meat with a sweet, yet rich flavor. Its succulence gives the meat an excellent texture. The chicken is slow-roasted over a charcoal grill, so the flames have time to bring out the deep umami flavor. Enjoy the beautiful combination of [kinako flour of Tamba black bean] finished by grinding the stone mill for numerous times, and [Honzukuri Warabi-mochi] made with our traditional method that we have been using since 1868, which gives you luxurious unexplained taste.
