Koromo Sushi

Ginza/Yurakucho/Tsukiji, Tokyo

Casually enjoy great sushi at Tsukiji Market! They offer a wide selection of standard nigiri and kaisen-don (seafood bowls) at transparent, affordable prices.

This restaurant that meets people's desire to casually enjoy authentic Edo-style sushi opened in the outer market of Tsukiji in the spring of 2018. It consists of just 9 counter seats, resulting in a warm and welcoming atmosphere, even for first-timers. The beautiful wooden display case of sushi toppings connected to the counter is full of seasonal seafood procured at Tsukiji Market that morning. In order to adhere to the restaurant's casual nature and keep the prices transparent, the menu consists primarily of standard nigiri with amazing toppings and kaisen-don stacked high with seafood. You can choose your sushi, but you can also leave it up to the chef to decide. Depending on the stocking situation, you may even be able to try and compare different types of sea urchin! Kushinobo Kyoto Station Branch

Kyoto Station/Minami-ku, Kyoto

Venerable kushiyaki place serving deep-fried seasonal ingredients in special batter.

Kushinobo is the established restaurant since 1950, specializing in deep fried kushiyaki dishes. Selected ingredients are fried in special batter with bread crumbs before serving. Although the golden brown deep-fried dishes look alike, they include fresh, creative delicacies like [Crab meat roll with Japanese whiting], [Shrimp wrapped with Japanese basil] that coax out the flavor of ingredients. One of our recommended menu is [Chef's choice of assorted kushiyaki]; chef dips the range of meat, seafoods and vegetables in the batter before deep-frying and served at the best timing. Diners can order and taste the freshly fried dishes as much as they wish. There are menus with pre-fixed number of kushiyaki, depending on the number of guests or events. As the location is next to Kyoto station, diners may order a glass of beer or shochu at ease to pair with our popular dishes.
