Restaurant & Bar Magnolia

Yokohama, Kanagawa

Cuisine crossing all nationality and genres - new and original dishes you've never sampled before

We cannot quite do all of the countries and their local cuisines justice, but at this restaurant we aim to offer you the experience of a trip to Europe. We serve new and original dishes that no one has sampled before. We are careful about selecting our fresh ingredients, but this does not mean famous brands or special locations. We are focused on putting together special and memorable dishes for you. The best service a chef can perform is to pour his heart into the food. This is why we carefully craft each plate and serve it with all the skill and originality we possess. At our restaurant, we create our course meals using input from our customers. Whether the contents or the number of dishes, the budget, the portion sizes, or the flavor - we will prepare it all according to your requests, so feel free to ask.

Restaurant Cote D'or

Sapporo, Hokkaido

Savor our meat dishes featuring Hokkaido ingredients that are the centerpieces of our course meals.

One of the dishes we take extra care in preparing is our roast guinea fowl. The sauce and cooking methods are classic, and bring out the exquisite, inherent flavors of the bird. We design our courses so that the centerpiece meat dish is the most memorable. We go to the market every week to purchase our ingredients. Our cook believes it is crucial to find and taste the ingredients on his own with his own tongue. When white asparagus and masu salmon are in season, he is sure to visit Hokkaido, where they come from. Cote d'Or is a sister restaurant of Chef Saizu's famous restaurant in Mita, Tokyo. But this story is not what really matters to customers. That is why it is most important to make food in our restaurant taste as delicious as possible. The space in the restaurant can accommodate about 70 people standing or 42 sitting. We also welcome use of the restaurant for wedding parties. Enjoy a reception with a course meal featuring typical Hokkaido ingredients.

restaurant varm

Sendai, Miyagi

A story of taste made by a family. An authentic wood-fired restaurant that presents the new charm of "Tohoku Terroir."

varm in Kitasendai is a hybrid restaurant with wood-fired cooking, bakery, and roasted coffee. Since its establishment in 2022, the restaurant has been attracting an increasing number of fans by offering three different tastes produced by "heat," meaning the restaurant's name. Chef Akutsu, who trained in Tokyo and France and opened his restaurant to run a restaurant with his family in his hometown, is the master of the wood-fired grill. Based on the modern Basque and French cuisine that he gained experience in, he presents a variety of dishes that bring the flavors of the ingredients to their peak with the power of an open flame. Ingredients are selected from the Tohoku region, and he is exploring the new "Tohoku Terroir." You can enjoy the best of it in two different dinner courses. The authentic bread baked by the chef's wife and the coffee roasted by his parents are also exceptional. It is one restaurant you will want to go to for many years, both everyday and extraordinary!

Ristorante Hamazaki

Harajuku/Omotesando, Tokyo

Exquisitely crafted Italian cuisine in a quiet corner of the city.

With domestic quail marinated for over four hours in herbs, honey, and balsamic; thoroughly grilled over a charcoal fire; and served with carrot souffle and salad, this dish is Chef Hamazaki's specialty. After taking the time to allow the flavor to completely permeate the quail meat, it has a characteristically rich taste. He likes to know the faces of the producers of his ingredients. For Japanese spiny lobsters in particular, he stocks while they're still alive and fresh, primarily sourced from his birthplace of Kagoshima. He also stocks the herbs that he uses in cooking in much the same way. Although the menu is fixed price only, the details can potentially be freely fine-tuned by customers who make requests in conversation with Chef Hamazaki. This improvisation is just one of the ways he shows his hospitality. For formal dinners, business events welcoming important guests, and more, the private inner room is the most suitable, where you can experience a calm moment surrounded by a seasonal atmosphere. The

Ristorante Kurodino

Ginza/Yurakucho/Tsukiji, Tokyo

Descendant from a renowned restaurant, we are still evolving. A leader of the next generation of Italian cuisine in Ginza.

[Ristorante Enoteca Pinchiorri], having the main branch in Florence, is one of the best restaurants in the world. Mr. Keisuke Kuroda was actively working at Tokyo branch as a chef / sommelier for 20 years, then opened [Ristorante Kurodino]. Not only him, but the chef in charge of the kitchen and the manager in the hall have also been working for [Ristorante Enoteca Pinchiorri]. That is why our restaurant has the same tradition as that renowned restaurant. The difference is that we are smaller, more casual, and much more reasonable. However we still offer high-quality modern Italian dishes using carefully selected ingredients and attentive service from the viewpoint of the guests. The spirit and pride of the staff, wishing to offer the best time to the guests, makes our restaurant very attractive.
