Ginza Asami

Ginza/Yurakucho/Tsukiji, Tokyo

You'll love it-our deliciously fresh "Sea bream Chasuke" (sea bream and cooked rice with hot green tea poured on it) and other Japanese seasonal dishes in a calm and composed atmosphere

Our original sesame seed sauce contains walnuts and cashew nuts, which brings out a deep flavor. Enjoy it with sashimi first, then try it on our cha-dsuke (fish with rice served with tea poured over). Ever since we first opened the restaurant, we go to the Tsukiji Fish Markets at the same time every morning, inspecting and testing the ingredients with our own eyes. We're particularly vigilant about the sea bream we use for our cha-dsuke, and you will always get the best available that day. The type of Japanese cooking we offer here truly values the four distinct seasons of Japan. We entertain customers by using Japanese ingredients and creating dishes that prioritize seasonal foods. The careful and thorough efforts we make on a fundamental level are what keep our customers happy. Inside the restaurant you will find three private dining rooms as well as counter seating, which broadens the calm and composed atmosphere. This is great for enjoying a lively conversation over dishes that make use of fresh fish, and

Ginza Ibuki

Ginza/Yurakucho/Tsukiji, Tokyo

We carefully select the best bonito from all over Japan and serve it flame-seared year-round in our dignified Japanese decor.

We offer flame-seared bonito year-round, so we carefully select the best bonito from all over Japan, including Kochi, Kyushu, Chiba, and Kesennuma. Some straw is set on fire, and the bonito is broiled for approximately one minute. The bonito is cooked just before serving, and the Ginza Ibuki way is to eat it while it is still warm. If you put on a little salt and eat a piece in one bite, the meaty and fatty parts of the fish come together nicely in your mouth. We use Ichiban Salt from the Goto Islands to bring out the flavor of the fish. You might sometimes feel nervous about counter seats where you are facing the chefs, but the conversations over the counter and the attentive hospitality of the servers will make you feel at ease. You can also reserve a private room for a meal with loved ones. The dignified Japanese decor provides a fine-quality setting to enjoy your meal.
