Nishijin Hatsuki offers high-quality meat in shabu-shabu and suki-nabe. The main store of the restaurant, established in 1934, is a butcher store that continues to this day. "Kinun Pork and Kuroge Wagyu Shabu Set" is a greedy set where you can enjoy high-quality flavored Kinun Pork and Wagyu beef carefully selected by professionals. Also recommended is the fresh, odorless "Special Horse Sashimi direct from Kumamoto," which features the rare horse meat "tategami" (meat under the mane). The beef is naturally fattened with the best fat, condensing the flavor and making it melt like powdered snow. Ise-lobsters, abalones, lobsters, and other seafood are kept in tanks and are shown alive before being cooked. It is impossible to create dishes without all three. Not only is the food is delicious, but we also serve many alcoholic beverages which bring out the taste of your dish.
