1. Imamekitei
Imamakitei is a restaurant in Susukino that offers all-you-can-eat sukiyaki, shabu shabu (a hot pot dish made with thinly sliced beef or pork cooked quickly in boiling water, then dipped in sauce), and sushi. The restaurant interior is modern and has a serene atmosphere. There are several all-you-can-eat courses available. Our recommendation is the premium fresh sushi course (4,300 JPY, incl. tax), which includes as many servings of sukiyaki, shabu shabu and 14 types of nigiri sushi including tuna, deep-water shrimp, snow crab and octopus, as you want, as well as bottomless drinks. If you want deluxe sushi, you can choose the super premium fresh sushi course (6,000 JPY, incl. tax), which will allow you to taste premium sushi ingredients such as otoro supreme tuna belly, botan shrimp, fresh abalone, and sea urchin. This is a restaurant for those who want to enjoy an upscale all-you-can-eat experience.
2. Fuji Sushi Buffet Dining Yoichi Branch
Fuji Sushi Buffet Dining is a restaurant managed by Fuji Sushi, a famous sushi restaurant in Shakotan-cho. Here, you can enjoy a deluxe buffet of not only sushi, but also of dishes like tempura, chawanmushi, and fried karaage chicken, as well as desserts (80 minutes for lunch, 90 minutes for dinner; 1,980 JPY for an adult, 1,380 JPY for a child, 500 JPY for a child between three and five, and free for toddlers and babies two and under). They offer maki rolls as well as nigiri sushi and the ingredients change depending on the procurement. The sushi that the chefs make using fresh ingredients only available in Hokkaido is out of this world! You should definitely stop by if you are sightseeing in Yoichi!

3. Heiroku Zanmai Hokkaido Aeon Mall Higashinaebo Branch
Heiroku Zanmai is a restaurant with conveyor belt sushi and all-you-can-eat shabu shabu. The conveyor belt sushi has items that are between 100 JPY and 390 JPY a plate, and the all-you-can-eat sushi (1,980, JPY, excl. tax) course includes 58 types of sushi that are either 100 JPY a plate or 140 JPY a plate, soups, à la carte plates and dessert. You can also order sushi not included in the course by paying separately. If you\'d like to enjoy an all-you-can-eat offering of the wide selection of sushi with shabu shabu, try the premium sushi and meat shabu all-you-can-eat course (2,480 JPY, excl. tax). The attraction of this restaurant is that you can enjoy both the conveyor belt sushi and all-you-can-eat.

4. Asahi Sushi
Asahi Sushi is a restaurant that is very popular among the locals. It is particular about the source of its ingredients and is reputed for its superior taste. You can enjoy as much as you want of this highly acclaimed sushi at lunchtime for a reasonable price of 2,000 JPY (2,500 JPY on holidays and weekends). There are classic sushi such as medium fatty tuna, red snapper and deep-water shrimp, as well as sushi unique to Hokkaido like whelk to savor. The restaurant is fastidious about manners and prohibits the use of cellphones or of chatting during lunchtime and asks customers to wait their turn to order until after they have finished eating the sushi in front of them, but it\'s definitely worth visiting at least once. You must try the restaurant\'s signature pickled mackerel and octopus!

The good thing about all-you-can-eat is that you can eat as much of the sushi you like without worrying about the price. Please satiate yourself with the sublime sushi available in Hokkaido.
