This dish only takes two minutes to prepare. To preserve texture, the prawns are mixed with homemade chili sauce well in advance. The prawns are served with sugar-free cornflakes, which adds another kind of texture to the dish. Hand-picked sesame is used in the noodles. While the exact origins of the sesame seeds remain a trade secret, I can tell you that the sesame seeds taste different in a good way. The owner chef prepares his authentic French cuisine using mainly local ingredients including Omi beef from Okazaki farm in Shiga prefecture and mushrooms direct from France for increasingly flavorful dishes; [Clam roasted with garlic oil seasoning] presents standard French mussel dish in Japanese style and [Mont Blanc dessert plate] is deftly prepared before the dining table so guests can try it fresh. You will be satisfied by the appearance of our beef stew which is cooked with our specialty "fond de veau" stock and includes lots of sweet beef ribs reminiscent of the taste of Korean barbecue, and lots of big pieces of vegetables. Our fond de veau stock, which we call "glace de viande", is made by boiling a lot of vegetables and beef for one month, and is characterized by its deep taste. We use this specialty broth for many of our signature dishes including beef stew and "Yokosuka Marine Curry". As it is located in the shopping street, a lot of elderly persons and families come to our restaurant. We therefore try to provide a service that is friendly and humane, and not stereotypical. We have a close relationship with our customers who feel free to chat with us. We try to provide a piping hot dish by serving hamburger steak on the iron plate or opening the lid at the table for stewed hamburger steak or beef stew. [Ristorante Quattro Foglio] is 10 minutes walk from Hasuda Station, JR Utsunomiya Line (Tohoku Main Line). The chef, grew up in Hasuda, accumulated experiences as a chef in France and Tokyo and returned to Hasuda to open this casual Italian restaurant. We cook just harvested local vegetables while they are fresh, combining with ingredients from Italy or France. Bagna Cauda is especially recommended to fully enjoy the best vegetables of the season. Pre-fix style lunch and dinner, with which you can combine your favorite dishes are also popular. Lunch set is served from 1,280 JPY per person, and dinner set from 3,780 JPY for two. You can select your dish among pizza (available only for dinner), pasta, and risotto of the month, and there are also various kinds of desserts. Wine is available from 1,680 JPY.

The owner, Mr. Mitsu, carefully selects Kumano chicken and seasonal vegetables, all of which are of the highest quality. The restaurant's attention to detail is evident in dishes that make the most of the flavors of the ingredients, such as the classic "Negima"(grilled chicken and green onion) and the surprisingly juicy "Seared chicken breast."
