The Kyo Yubadokoro Seike Nijojo Branch is proud to offer a full menu of Kyoto Yuba (tofu skin). The specialty yuba is made from special soy milk using only domestic soybeans. You can enjoy dishes that make the best use of Kyoto yuba delivered from the original restaurant in Miyama. The menu includes authentic, fresh yuba sashimi, select yuba drawn from the pot first, yuba and seasonal vegetables grilled on a ceramic plate, yuba boiled in soy and served on bamboo, and pudding made from yuba soy milk. The menu arrangement is intended to remind diners of the various appeals of Kyoto Yuba. The restaurant has a total of 9 seats.
