Kanazawa, Ishikawa

Enjoy carefully selected meat and rice in an atmospheric space. Make the "ultimate yakiniku experience" unique to Kanazawa a wonderful memory.

The meat is carefully selected by Wagyu beef chefs through its own channels, and the cuts are prepared by hand with the utmost care. The restaurant proposes reliable, excellent items based on the know-how it has accumulated since the establishment of the main restaurant in 1987. Ingredients include local specialties such as "Noto beef," representing Ishikawa. The rice is cooked using brewing water ((Hyakunen Sui)) from Fukumitsuya, a long-established sake brewery in Kanazawa. Rice carefully cooked in a kamado pot with the local spring water is exquisite.
