Yakiuo Ishikawa Nagoya has opened in November 2022. "Yakiuo," originated from Tsukiji Market, refers to quickly searing fish, fresh enough to be eaten as sashimi (raw fish), just like Yakiniku. On the set menu, you can sear the fish yourself, while on the course menu, a dedicated grilling expert will skillfully cook it to perfection.
