The owner is the 4th generation of the restaurant [Daimi], an old-established unagi restaurant at Tsuyu no Tenjinja Shrine, commonly known as Ohatsu Tenjin. His motto is to use better ingredients than any other restaurants, prepare more carefully than anyone else, and offer fresh dishes.
